Thanks for the honesty! My wife called me and told me that lights starting flickering and electronics were beeping on and off all over the house after she started the microwave. I called Home Touch and spoke with a woman in their office, and explained the problem. She suggested I try calling PSO first, because it sounded like it could be a problem on their end, and it'd be better for me if I didn't have to pay for one of the Home Touch technicians to come out there. Sure enough it was on PSO's end, and PSO fixed it for free. The woman from the the Home Touch office was very friendly, and courteous, and I appreciate her honesty.
